Pilot Services

We provide professional pilot services to customers on an hourly, daily, or half day basis. Our pilots have received training from Cirrus Standardized Instructors Pilots (CSIP) and are highly qualified and experienced. We can accommodate variety of travel needs for our customers in their aircraft under 14 CFR Part 91.

Pilot Rates

Full Day Rate (Equal to 8 hours) $700

Half Day Rate (Equal to 4 hours) $375

Hourly Rate $100

PILOT DUTY, REST PERIODS, AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

For safety reasons our pilots are limited to a duty periods of no greater than 14 hours. Duty periods over 8 hours in a day will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour. Pilot are limited by regulations to provide no more than 8 hours of flight time in a given day.

TRAVEL TIME, EXPENSES, AND FEES

Travel time and expenses are only billed when the pilot is required to travel from their home airport.

Travel time is billed at $100 per hour for time outside of the daily rate.

Airfare will be booked at an unrestricted airfare rate.

Travel via automobile will be charge at a rate $.63 per mile beginning at the residence (home airport base) of the pilot and returning to residence (home airport base) of the pilot.

Expenses such as lodging and meals and incidentals will be charge at the daily rate comparable to the US General Services Administration for the nearest city published.

Cancelation of a flight within 48 hours of travel time departure will be charge a $400 fee along billing for any prepaid travel costs or expenses.

We prefer payment by cash or check. We accept most major credit cards with an additional charge of up to 5%. You may pay in advance and have money on account for any of your pilot needs.
